All in all this is a poor offer. I would recommend all shareholders offer their shares to the Central Shares Holders Association (CPSA) and fight for a better offer. There are many that beleive it is worth more. Additionally Mac bank recognise this by offering the 'CVN'. Let's get this paid for up front. Giving them 4 years just gives them time to weasel out of it!!
