    We can only hope for point 3. Hard to believe RC would be exceptionally week considering his track record. Point 2 is an option but considering the potential upside for them all it would have to be very cushy indeed. I can't hold out much hope for MB maximising the CVN for us shareholders down the track. Hopefully a new offer comes in trumping the offer+high side CVN so we get something near 40c
