I can understand why someone would sell we all have different reasons for owning.
Its also hard to put a price on what return today's spend on advertising will return in the future. If customers become repeat customers then todays expenditure will be well spent as the word gets out cettire exists to buyers the less they will need to spend word of mouth social media etc. Its a bit of a catch 22 situation, if you dont spend then a competitor who does spend on advertising could steal customers from you before you even get started.
So we need to keep an eye on the return customer numbers which are increasing and we want to see that trend continue.
