To me the volumes are on trend so no new volume yet the price goes up. I assess this as the manipulation over the last few months ( keeping price down at every close) has been released. Why, I can only assume. Maybe some of the pxrf readings are good and some noise leaking into market, maybe the "controllers" are ready to test upside potential or maybe buyers simply out weigh sellers after the june tax sell off.
plenty of upside pending drill results as always.
