Nope, locked in at what either may be or may not even be close to rock bottom.
I'd say with this and the last CR it makes life pretty tough to ever get to those 10 bags to 33c or where ever it was, would gladly take 6c at this stage though.
Good luck holders, 2024 will see a chance to make a resource at least, or this one becomes a permanent cellar dweller.
