this Board is utterly incompetent. took an eternity for the farmout agreement and now we're back at square zero because with all that time, they could not choose a partner that could even meet the first step; inept fools.
i knew it was a bad deal with these chinese when they first signed up with a state enterprise for nil payment for our crown asset . these enterprise don't even have the word "profit" in their dictionary.
anyway, hopefully the Board has learnt a valuable lesson and sign someone better in a year's time and with upfront payment; it'll at least stop the CR
