this is a comprehensive deal that is structured to best suit MAY's financial circumstances - when executed - it's a big tick
it leaves AGMI with opportunity to buy back from MAY the profit oil component if it materializes over time, either by negotiation or by acquiring MAY
as some other posts have pointed out profitoil is a long way from being realized here so there is little material impact to our EV /MC today - at some future point in time (not sure which FY that could be) that will start to get added in which will be exciting for any holders
