    totally understand, hell i struggle to get to work on time but once I'm there, i don't keep telling everyone. It is exciting times, my first ever company I've followed since the first spud 18+ months ago, and ridden through 21c down to 4c and getting ready to deliver the goods. May sure has taught me a few lessons. patience is a virtue
