Possibly in more comfortable surroundings. And If the drill hits the ground, there will be oil. It was there last year. An absolute motherload. Good chance Cuban government will buy a good share, the rest (most) will hit the global markets. Regardless, let's hope to see 30c+ Mid July, and even the downrampers talking about how they always said it was a winner.
