The Pros are testing the patience of retail punters!! They are letting the sell side build as they still have time on their side - The drill has to arrive on site , assembled, plug and abandon the A1, skid the drill to A2, 5 to 7 days of drilling for first oil etc etc.
It is a matter of when and not if and in meantime the newbies are getting restless!!
