In case you didn't see this what I posted elsewhere the SP slow to go higher because MAY (MEO) and its board has an extremely bad reputation that it has a lot of trouble shaking off and getting past, built up over many y(t)ears amongst a lot of stockbrokers, shareholders etc.
Many have been very badly burnt and will still be burning even if the shareprice doubles or triples from here.
Trust has been lost and desperately needs to be recovered for confidence to return.
