This is the clearest announcement they've made yet. The second well for the other party has started. When it's finished the rig will be mobilised to start drilling Alameda-2. Meanwhile MAY has got their house in order, "All personnel, equipment and permits are in place to commence drilling once the rig arrives". This stock was 10c back in January when it was unclear when drilling would start. It's much clearer now and you can buy as much as you want for 6c.
