its not the delay (as if most of us didnt expect it)....its the method. ENDLESS over promise - under deliver. you'd think theyll learn by now (half the time its deliberate esp at performance hurdle intervals [fond memories of the pre dec dump to 5c to maximise the perf share issuance]!)...
