What has changed is the rig we locked in that was meant to be on maintenance has disappeared off somewhere else. There is no firm date on when that will arrive so if your so in the know about these things you should also realize the following. Timelines for contractors, equipment that includes accommodation. flights, catering and a myriad of other logistics are up in the air. The chance that there is a delay via a problem on the other site is a very real possibility that was not the case before. You risk pissing off contractors and or equipment providers because you can't confirm mobilization datelines. You see i have also worked in mining and construction most of my life and when you mobilize a crew, they lock that in. If you start trying to change that then fair chance you will be without a crew and a bill for mobilization. So yeah things have changed.
