Would have to disagree that the fundamentals haven't changed.
Fundamentally there was an expectation that once an oil explorer found oil they would either be able to monetise it or have the sense to sell/ find someone who could. AP and team have continually been unable to achieve any of their projected results on any timescale.
Potentially the fundamentals haven't changed based on the oil still being there but in reality, the fundamentals have changed dramatically on MAY being able to complete the transition and the SP reflects.
