Don't know about sub 2c but a short while back it was at 3.2c and now at 2.5c, (so yes, closer to 2 than 3.2).
Despite all the spiel by management of oil sales by end of year, that ain't gonna happen hence another delay and subsequent sp drop. But then AP also indicated a billion dollar company down the track - can only suspect another one of those dreamy promises that may be delayed or simply won't happen.
Company short on delivery - promises unfulfilled but progress in being made - sure, but no inbound funds from sales still. Perhaps they should focus more on delivery and less on promises. AIMO
