Not nice to see sp at current levels but it does give the opportunity for buying in at low levels.![]()
No one here knows the full picture of what goes on behind the scenes, one tends to rely on the announcements and even then one has to often try to interpret what is being put out. Perhaps companies in general should choose wordings more carefully so as to not cheese off some holders - for instance, if the aim is to produce oil by a certain time frame then perhaps say that but then perhaps also qualify that by some disclaimers - such as subject to blah blah blah. As you say:
The reality of the current situation is that MAY have - yes, yet again - encountered a delay.
As for sp at 3c being rather cheap as per your own assessment - that may be but it has gotten even cheaper at 2.5c and some here thought earlier anything under 10c was also cheap. With so much potential why is share price not at at least double or triple or more than that level.
Market forces seem much stronger to influence share prices than any disgruntled poster airing their views whether positive or negative. I mean, if everyone here said sp will be a buck by end of January '25, I'd love to see it and I'm sure management would be ecstatic too. But one can pretty safely assume that in reality, no poster/s here have that ability to control such sp movements - one would think it would equally apply to the opposite with negativity.
Surely neither you nor the company can blame any poster here for the current share price or indeed one's sentiment - bear in mind HC has even a requirement to provide some sort of sentiment - one being 'sell', the other to 'buy' - whether one takes action either way is an individual choice. Management should focus on delivering for all holders and if some posters are negative then as you also say they could also:
...Ignore the noise...
Or perhaps take the good and bad and try to improve so as to reduce the 'bad'.
Either way, looking forward to a better, more successful year for Melbana and the positive flow on effects that should then result to all holders. AIMO
