Yes that proclamation is quite telling...
First time now company has mentioned partnering in this way, means to me, more than one viable option and fiscal road is open to turning the bit here in Cuba...... what ever way forward , all our back costs should be covered and paid ,including the bond lodgement this is circa $12-15 mm IMO we have accumulated in the Cuban cost pool since 2012.....
