The max tonnage in a year won't be more than 400,000.
At $5 per tonne by road, the cost would be $2m.
Your rail cost exercise would come out at $4 million per year.
Did your rail cost include the actual cost of running and maintaining the trains? It only seemed to deal with the initial construction costs?
Oh yes, this rail facility is going to be a great bonus with 100% of the costs going to CDU!
