In around 3mths we should receive some keenly awaited news on the 'cobalt recovery process', noting LG was impressed enough with the samples provided to invest.
And does buy time to deliver other stated objectives as announced - life of mine (Q1-2019), cobalt and sulphur recoveries (Q2-2019), optimisation of power (Q2-2019) and process plant tailings (Q4 - 2018).
Seems the seller that keeps weighing the seller side down with a 'generally' single large sell is on leave, makes me wonder whether the buyer/seller placing large orders is the same investor detuning the SP, nicely maneuvering it to 40c breakthrough - e.g. buying but not really selling. Who knows.
Fairly low volume on this announcement but a step in the right direction, fortunes will change if drilling which is suppose to be underway (as of September 2018) yields some good results/announcements.
The US/China situation and the increasing US interest rates is strengthening interest in the USD and away from metals, silver at near record lows (over last 5yrs) and gold not quite as bad. My 2 cents.
