When the directors close out a Takeover & Exit for TSO then & only then will CPO be re-rated properly.
Validates and proves that the directors and deliver value for shareholders & know how to execute an exit.
No point buying until then, nothing substantial is going to happen, no one will take CPO seriously and any pump will just be sold into.
However, if they can secure an exit for TSO, CPO will easily 10x from current valuations.
There will be a higher level of confidence from all cohorts of shareholders that they can pull it off for CPO & CPO has higher valuation potential compared to TSO.
