    This makes new highs, imagine this stock holds at 18c with this market cap while other nearby stocks multibag hard.. There's a reason this stock is moving slowly, it's non-sensitive so skipped many people's radars, and it was late morning news.

    I'm expecting serious buying this afternoon, and I'll be joining them in adding to my position if they do.

    Follow the money, as they say.
