Yes new directors would be a good start, then look at new projects with fresh mindset.
Robinson sat on his hands for too long and it crippled any chance we had, he was too busy setting up GT1 to realise what was happening in the one company he was supposed to be managing.
The main concern here is how these changes might happen when there’s very little engagement from smaller shareholders, management will continue to do what they believe is right which will be much of the same because they all want to keep their positions and jobs.
we’d probably need about 30M votes to call a special meeting but even this won’t be enough soon when we’re diluted down again in the upcoming raise.
