To me, this part reads as a probable SPP, which often can be a good idea but I think with the recent drop in the SP and then its' very recent falling again, I don't think should happen at the current time.
Right now, I'd be ok with just one or a couple of (new) "strategic cornerstone investors". Someone who can stick with it and preferably no one connected to the current Chair or his Pty Ltd or even whichever usual people the company has continually paid 6% to. Two obvious contenders are a partner for the new "Dragon" tenement and more recently, maybe someone Durrant connected with at the recent gathering in Saudi Arabia. There may be others.
