A theoretical larger partner type investor should absolutely be coming in higher or much higher; above 3c ideally. We should be getting ongoing quite decent Cummins news, plus there are other things of interest going on, so an investment should not be solely considered on the current terrible SP.
10% is quite a big chunk, particularly down at this SP, so hopefully it can be less than that as a starting position. You can always raise again at another time in the future. But... if it is a theoretical 10%, I want to see a significant, long term and positive outcome for that much of the company.
