We should vend a new project into the company, something with potential like hard carbon anode material for sodium-ion batteries or develop an aerogel product for EV insulation material.
Something like this would really stand out in the ASX and bring attention, and they are both growth markets. Becoming a me too company serves us no good.
Bring in new management and replace some NED on the board. Lastly bring in advisors to push the company forward.
Only complete turnaround and rebranding will save us now. Until then all investors will continue to dump on the market
