My biggest concern in regards to bringing in fresh money is our current market cap, yesterday saw this dip below $10M. A cornerstone investor can potentially own 10% of RareX for about $1M if Durrant allows this via capital placement, we could potentially have just some random cashed up investor or two and for what, a couple million at a terrible low point in the history of this company.

IMO a cornerstone investor/partner should be coming in at a higher price than what’s on offer today. If they wanted 10% of the company then they’ll need to purchase 68M shares atm and they’re not available, let them come on board at 3c.
