if management receives assays tomorrow while ASX is still open and don't have time to release them right away TH will be in order. This will give them time to write a report while removing the risk of a leak.
But some companies chose not to request TH and take time to write a report along the assays and then you notice well above average volumes over next couple of days as intel leaked.
Intel can also leak from the Lab direct so not always is the management who leaks.
