Even if Toby (Evan's leap) is selling, it doesn't concern me. Another rare earths play I hold is $VML. A major holder had been suppressing the price at the 1.1-1.4 range for a long time and look at it now.
Major holders can sell for a plethora of reasons. It is not like Jeremy is selling and he is moving forward with acquiring decent landholdings and diversifying the company portfolio. Very pleased with his performance.
