Correct, we have no proof, can only monitor the volume. They may have already been selling their existing position in recent weeks knowing they could top up from the placement. I would actually hold on for a full re-rate but it would depend on their capital management plans. Their market cap is running strongly, along with her manganese companies and I suspect they could get a cap raise off at a good price is they wanted to.
