There is institutional buying but only retail selling tipping demand for stock way over supply.
I am not aware of any announcement, I believe the stock has now entered the investor universe with a sustained market cap of over $100m.
The future price will be led exclusively by performance. From a low baseline, CUP still has a lot of upside in my view.
