    +35%, so somebody must see it as good news. Retail holders or institutional?

    I can't quite tell whether CBA selling down CUP will be good, and whether getting Count Financial for a cheap price will be good.

    I guess they're getting the large Count business for a super price, but with some risk involved. So overall good.

    From CBA's announcement, they said it's expected to make a loss this year, but I'm guessing that's part of the indemnity, so CBA will STILL make a loss even after selling it, and CUP may not make a loss?

    And selling down their CUP holding...I don't know.
