    CBA wants to steamline their business. Tough times ahead for banks when more and more people will not be able to repay their loans.

    Selling their holding will boost their balance sheet.

    CUP, a bargain for that price.

    I think CBA anticipated that selling to CUP would boost the CUP share price.

    A higher CUP price equals a better return when CBA sell.biggrin.png
