Not sure how much higher it could run from here - I think it was a good buy at the 40s, especially after the HY report, but hopefully the momentum holds until we get more details about the CBA unloading their %.
PS, not sure what are you on with people not able to repay their loans - no metrics I am aware of suggest something like this especially given the ultra low rates. I for once started a mortgage 6 months ago and am already comfortably 1 year ahead with repayments.
