Difficult to say , but the main two possibilities are firstly that they have had problems and progress has been very slow. Second possibility is that they have drilled into the top of the prognosed reservoir and found nothing and are continuing drilling to see if there is anything a bit deeper. If they had drilled into the reservoir and encountered hydrocarbons it should have been reported.
Either way I would be expecting an update today or tomorrow .
