My worry is that when the SP fell ahead of the JV blow up the two shares fell together in lockstep. If AIS & ARE have come to some sort of sensible agreement then you would hope that AIS would also see a SP pick up too.
Yes I hold both shares - I actually hold more AIS than ARE and I want to see both of them do well. To see such a great project like Torrens end up in this mess is more than disheartening.
Maybe we will get lucky and the second hole will have something interesting in it, but I am not that hopeful.
