Ann: Custom Fleet Signs Agreement with DriveMyCar, page-7

Two very good announcements this week with large fleet operators wishing to capitalise on DMC's position in the pier to pier car leasing market.

Although this announcement is not likely to have much of an impact on the current share market, which is more impressed with matters concerning actual increases in income, it is still significant.

It is obvious to me now that fleet operators are now seeking out CL8 as they can see how their platform can help them generate income. CL8 are now becoming more established as their name grows and I expect more of these announcements in the future.

The challenge for CL8 is to take advantage of this situation with a growing fleet and increase their bookings. Up to the last quarter they have not been able to significantly grow bookings, but we have absolutely no idea how things are going with the short and long term bookings at present.

We know that they have appointed a new director with extensive marketing experience and for all we know bookings could well have improved significantly since the last quarter.

The next quarter's results will make interesting reading and if there are signs their bookings are growing , I expect the share market to respond accordingly.
