This announcement had to come out to make the 4c CR happen. There's no way people would honour their subscriptions if the market rate was lower. Great update and good to see the company trying to gain market confidence, something they seemed disinterested in earlier in the year.

The FA has not changed this entire time. All those calling the end of days in Q1 will no doubt be taking advantage of the discounted price.

The company has always aimed to penetrate the US market, the MetLife competition both gave them exposure to the Asian market and promoted them through the US ranks, hopefully they can win it. Have a look at my post about the competition, flamingo is actually well positioned against the other competitors to win the competition.

Realistically, only 2 things will move the share price:
1. A successful implementation for a big US client
2. Winning the MetLife competition and in turn more recognition and opportunity to sign up clients.

If they both happen, you can say goodbye to the single digit quotes.

The big firms currently don't care about the company, but I strongly believe they will come back into the frame as we get closer to May '17. DYOR - this is still a LT buy and hold for me.
