    my thoughts are that they are dealing with people who are used to corruption. ANd they are dealing with a culture that is very very savvy when they want to get abetter price. Very hard to do business with unless you ake them feel they are getting a bargain.
    just my thoughts. does this carry on into the sale of iron ore. Probably.
