Unfortunately it's unclear who's ore is being used for what. IFO have provided 10kt feed, whether the company have permission from IFO to use it for other orders, or the company are using their own feed to produce 60/61% Fe when they aren't running the IFO feed.
If the plant was running at 50% capacity, would take 4 weeks to get through the IFO feed, the rest of the time would be spent using ore 500m away to stockpile additional product.
I apologise for the misunderstanding, but I thought you were under the impression that the 4kt was all they have produced, which is what some people seem to think.
I don't think IFO don't want their ore, I think they haven't needed it yet for what ever reason. Could be any number of reasons, again unfortunately I'm sure that management know but they aren't in a position or willing to tell the market.
Either way, I'm sure some of the top holders would have spoken to management yesterday and explained that the low level of detail and complacency in yesterday's announcement after such a long period of silence is evidently not acceptable.
With 1% of the register traded yesterday, they might not even care, guess it depends on your point of view.
