they knew it before.. also Instos knew it. they cant give more discount then 30 % hence Placement was @ .55 Cent now when Retailers move out they will buy more.. with 32 Mil on hands.. this will go down to 50 Mil Market Cap today.. Cash Backed and then instos will accumulate more.
