When I buy a used car the first thing I ask is there any money owed on it? If they say yes, I lose interest very quickly because the process is much more complicated and risky. If I was a CEO in another company that saw Appen as a way of adding value to my company I'ld be waiting for after the 27th of February to make an offer.
