Few months back it was $$. Now it is in cents. Less than 0.5 % to its highs, almost a 25% to what it was not long back. Certainly there is value at these levels. Shorters have cascaded it down with mere churning. If there were many changes with substantial holders list, then it means shares have changed hands as some lost belief in the company and some saw opportunity. Don't see such here. Substantial holders are sitting tight.
There is an opportunity here.
Could be the turn around stock of 2024.
