I'd say the "HC braintrust" is proposing a question for discussion, if they could immediately cut 25% of the staff, then why were they hired in the first place (within 6-12 months?) considering the increase in Police Check volume? How is the increasing volume going to be managed with less staff? Also considering superior automation was in place before IPO stage.
Is it that the NZ side of things has a call centre as well and they don't need a duplication of operations? If so, this point wasn't really mentioned in the announcement it's just that they cut 25% because of "learnings".
