That is the key thing stopping me from repurchasing. Hr procedures can be internal. Why go external? Better hr procedures such as recruitment.
If staff movements are not deliberate, controlled and with a long term outcome in mind, they are poor decisions.
Cv1 requires excellent management as their asset more then most businesses is their people.
Im glad i got a 6% profit in a few months and just cant justify reentering as there is no vision leading to a rise.
