Re Healthcare industry - the thing is it is only very rarely that big pharma will buy anything on market if they want a piece of the company they will either make an offer to acquire it or they will talk themselves into a placement or deal that gives them equity in the company - same goes with funds they will very rarely buy a big stake on market - it's always off market. Regulators will be the ones holding the key here though - it all rests on how they embrace PRR's data to date. ODD & Fast Track will only help with encouraging good responses.
