Yes but that's all market hype and emotion reaction.
I'm keep loading up at this low for now till later (a week or two).
Soon some one will push this high to 0.25-0.3.
It's as easy as investing $50000.
Example is canacord which invested 0.5mil in recent CR at 0.22.
Don't stress about this low volumes.
Market is hardly rational these days.
