As mentioned before, the capital raising price is definitely disappointing and no doubt if the company could do it again, they would have pushed the button at the higher price (duh!). My guess is they might have thought the deal in NZ would push the price up and they would raise at a higher price? Like the old 'director drill hole' that doesn't work the way it should... it appears it was a gamble that didn't work. At the end of the day it's not a huge dilution, but I 100% agree it could have been handled better (i can say that about a lot of stocks!)

That said, the cheaper price and free options, the more appealing for incoming investors, but the existing holders cop the dilution. Depends what side you are on i guess? I'm new to the stock so it's certainly better paying less than more!
