I agree it is a bit of a milquetoast capital raising.
I guess the positives are it suggests the board and management are confident of profitability very soon, and insiders put their hand in their pockets, all at a minor discount.
Today's price action allows any small holders to top up the 10% or whatever they were diluted, if that is a priority.
