I dont think its THAT easy to find good CEOs these days...
its not like they are a dime a dozen... but anyways..
getting the right one in yes critical.. however the share price hasnt moved and there is not really alot of liquidity here... i think its going to be a "thumping" salary to get someone worth their weight here.
